Ron Chabot is a lifelong Brevard County resident, Cocoa High School graduate, U.S. Army veteran, longtime business leader, and dedicated community volunteer running for Cocoa City Council District 4.
After graduating from Cocoa High in 1974, Ron served four years in the United States Army as a Military Policeman. He later returned home to Brevard County, began a long career with Carroll Distributing Company, and continued his education at Brevard Community College, completing extensive coursework in Criminal Justice and Business.
A Career Built on Leadership and Community
Ron's career gave him firsthand experience in management, communication, relationship building, event coordination, and community partnerships. Over the years, he worked closely with local organizations, charities, businesses, and civic leaders across Brevard County.
Ron's professional career spans 43 years with Carroll Distributing Company, including 20 years as a senior manager overseeing sales, community relations, media relations, special events, and charitable partnerships.
After returning home following his military service, Ron continued his education at Brevard Community College, completing extensive coursework in Criminal Justice and Business.
